LONG TRAVEL SUSPENSION
As one of the most trusted names in offroad light truck
suspension systems, Fabtech breaks into the ATV market with
their cutting edge Yamaha Rhino Long Travel suspension system.
Designed as a complete system, the front and rear control arms
feature 1.25 OD .120 wall 4130 Chromoly tubing with dimple die
gusset plates for unsurpassed strength. Arms mount to the frame
via graphite impregnated Delrin bushings. Front upper arms
utilize 3/4 " teflon lined heim ends with lower arms receiving 7/8”
uniballs for an unrestricted 13” of usable wheel travel. Working in
conjunction with the wider track width and travel, Fabtech
includes steering rod extensions with 1/2 “ heim ends. This
system is available with replacement 4340 heat treated axle
shafts for aggressive driving or with complete heavy duty CV
axle assemblies.
The heart of this system is Fabtech's Dirt Logic 2.0 Resi Coilover
shocks. These shocks contain components from Fabtech's race
shock line for maximum durability. Extensive ride work was
performed to dial in the shock valving for aggressive high speed
offroad driving while still providing a comfortable low speed ride
for cruising around campsites and pits.
All components included in this system are finished in a neutral
gun metal gray powdercoat to blend with the undercarriage of
every Rhino. Systems come complete with all the necessary
parts and hardware for a one stop purchase.

REAR DIFFERENTIAL
SUPPORT KIT
Under aggressive driving conditions the rear differential
housing can experience heavy torque loads that can cause
cracking of the aluminum housing. This support kit aids in
securing the rear differential housing for extreme offroad use. |

CONTROL ARM
FRAME GUSSETS
These weld on gussets surround the control arm pivot
holes on the factory frame to provide additional surface
area, reducing the possibility of tearing. This gusset kit
is compatible with stock and aftermarket suspensions
that utilize the factory control arm pivot holes. |

REPLACEMENT
HEIM STEERING
This system replaces the factory tie rod assemblies for use in rugged
offroad terrain. Consisting of inner and outer 3 /4” Teflon lined Heim
ends with 1” OD .120 wall DOM tubing these new tie rod assemblies
directly replace the stock steering on + 6” Long Travel systems. |

DIRT LOGIC 2.0
The Dirt Logic 2.0 Coilovers directly replace the front and rear shocks on Rhino’s
with stock suspension or with Fabtech’s Long Travel system. Extensive ride work
has resulted in a supple ride at low speeds for cruising around camp with superior
dampening capacity at high speeds for those aggressive trail rides.

REAR BUMPER
This rear 1.5” OD tubular bumper wraps around the corners of the bed to provide side
and rear protection. The bolt on design attaches directly to the frame for maximum
protection. Note that due to this frame mounted design the bed will not tilt. Bumper
is available in Black Powdercoat or raw for paint to match applications. |

BED CAPS
Protect the top of the bed rails from scratches and dents with Fabtech's Bed Caps.
Available in satin Stainless Steel or Black Powdercoated steel construction. Attaches
with factory hardware or can be installed with optional stainless nut insert kit. |

FRONT BUMPER AND SKID PLATE
Obtain increased front end protection with Fabtech's 1.5” OD tubular Bumper and Skid Plate. Bumper mounts directly
to the frame without drilling and has provision for up to four auxiliary lights. The 3/16” think aluminum skid plate
is laser cut and lined grained for an exceptional finish. Bumper is available in Black Powdercoat
or raw for paint to match applications. |

DASH TRIM RINGS
Refine the look of your Rhino dash with these satin stainless trim rings. These precision
laser cut pieces will add a finished look to any Rhino. Attaches with factory hardware or
can be installed with optional stainless nut insert kit.
STAINLESS NUT INSERT KIT
As a replacement to the factory trim hardware this kit provides stainless steel fasteners
for a refined installation of Fabtech trim pieces. Kit includes all the necessary hardware
and installation tool to install Fabtech's Bed Caps and the Dash Trim Ring kit along with
additional hardware to replace the remaining bed plastic caps. |

SIDE MIRROR PAIR
These
custom machined billet aluminum mirrors have strong mounting arms that
securely fasten the 3” round mirror to the stock cage or 1.75 ” OD

FMF POWERCORE 4 EXHAUST SYSTEM
The PowerCore 4 is constructed from 100% U.S. stainless steel for
superior durability. The mechanical design of the muffler means
no packing to blow out overtime. The internal housing consists of a
series of precise baffles and chambers to lower sound and perform
better than stock. As an added benefit, the PowerCore 4 is
considerably lighter than any stock utility exhaust and has Forestry
approved spark arrestor.
